A psychodynamic, neurodivergent-affirming approach explores how past experiences, relationships, and life events may have shaped the way you see yourself and relate to others. Together, we can make sense of patterns that may have developed through experiences of misunderstanding, masking, exclusion, or feeling different. Therapy provides a supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and identity with curiosity and compassion, while recognising neurodivergence as a valid way of being rather than something to be changed. By gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences, you can develop greater self-acceptance, strengthen relationships, and make choices that feel more aligned with who you are.
