Service Description

A person-centred, neurodivergent-affirming approach recognises that you are the expert in your own experience. Rather than focusing on changing who you are, therapy provides a safe, accepting space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and identity without judgement. Together, we can explore challenges such as masking, sensory overwhelm, burnout, relationships, or self-esteem, while also recognising your strengths and supporting greater self-understanding and self-acceptance. The work will be tailored to your individual needs, communication style, and pace, helping you feel heard, valued, and empowered to be your authentic self.
